Yes! In fact, all you need to do is follow simple instructions and then sit back and let the guided meditation do the rest.
Once you have read through the lessons (5mins) you can listen to the guided meditation once a day (25mins) or the full audio (1hr), the choice is yours. We suggest you listen to the audio for at least 21 days in order to train the mind and body to relax but the choice is yours.

We all go in and out of hypnotic states throughout the day, it is totally natural, but you may not have been aware of that, until now. When engrossed in a great film or good book, you're in hypnosis. It's just focused attention, becoming unaware of everything else around you. When listening to the audio you will become super relaxed, focused and will remain in control at all times. If you should need to become fully conscious while listening to the audio, you will do so. Only listen to a guided meditation audio when comfortable and safe to do so. Never listen whilst driving, operating machinery or going about your daily routine.
