What is in the Time to Relax mini course?

The Time to Relax mini course is made up of 3 short lessons (2min read per lesson) and includes a super relaxing Guided Mediation audio written and recorded specifically to create a calm & relaxed body and mind.

Can this work for me?

YES. By following the simple instructions anyone can learn how to become calm and relaxed. The Time to Relax mini course is for anyone feeling overwhelmed, stressed or anxious and would like to become calm and relaxed, quickly & naturally.

Is this an easy to follow mini course?

Yes! In fact, all you need to do is follow simple instructions and then sit back and let the guided meditation do the rest.

How much time do I need to dedicate to the course daily?

Once you have read through the lessons (5mins) you can listen to the guided meditation once a day (25mins) or the full audio (1hr), the choice is yours. We suggest you listen to the audio for at least 21 days in order to train the mind and body to relax but the choice is yours.

Can I get a refund if I don't like it?

Will I be hypnotised?

We all go in and out of hypnotic states throughout the day, it is totally natural, but you may not have been aware of that, until now. When engrossed in a great film or good book, you're in hypnosis. It's just focused attention, becoming unaware of everything else around you. When listening to the audio you will become super relaxed, focused and will remain in control at all times. If you should need to become fully conscious while listening to the audio, you will do so. Only listen to a guided meditation audio when comfortable and safe to do so. Never listen whilst driving, operating machinery or going about your daily routine.
